Questionnaires at the contact

Back-office staff members can register any questionnaires for an external contact (e.g., potential data), once or regularly. An activity is not required. For this, the Complete ques­tionnaire function is available with persons and companies. The questionnaire selection is automatically preset to the released questionnaires.

Requirements

The questionnaire has the following properties:

  • For unique registration: Registration type = absolutely (alterable)
  • For repeated registration: Registration type = several times
  • Usually, the questionnaire requires neither a start nor an end dialog, because it is filled in by an internal staff member (BO).
  • The questionnaire is released (according to the PSA_QST_STA_QUE variable).

Questionnaires for cases – customizing

Through customizing, questionnaires can be also provided for cases (e.g., in a project folder, sales and ser­vice case). For this, the questionnaire tab needs to be added, and the Complete questionnaire function need to be provided. The questionnaire selection is automatically preset to the approved case-specific questionnaires.
