In the Groupware appointment, the CRM project assignment and the participant list are stored as text in addition to the description text, if required.

If an HTML appointment is synchronized by the Exchange coupling, the content is synchronized as HTML. In this process, the block with the additional information, e.g., the project and participants, is inserted as a new div element before the closing body tag .

When reimporting an activity that exists into the CRM (e.g., of an appointment) from Lotus Notes, the HTML formatting gets lost in the notes field if the notes were changed in the Groupware. This behavior is due to technical reasons, including the lack of HTML support in Lotus Notes.

Changes to the content of attached documents are not covered by the identity check.

Attention: Restriction: Images referencing a BLOB in the CRM are removed from the HTML markup when synchronizing. As a consequence, appointments synchronized back to the CRM may no longer contain these images. For this reason, images should always be attached.
