The “Audience” tab lets you manage topics and profiles as well as the blocklist. The persons represented by a profile can subscribe to topics or have subscribed to them in order to receive mailings on these topics. If a profile’s email address causes a hard bounce or is the source of a spam report, it is automatically added to the blocklist.
