Overview of keyboard shortcuts

Here is a list of useful shortcuts you can use in the Email Builder to save time when creating an email in the Designer: 

General shortcuts (Mac/PC)

  • Cancel the last action: Cmd/Ctrl + Z
  • Restore the last action cancelled: Cmd/Ctrl + Maj + Z
  • Save the email: Cmd/Ctrl + S
  • Copy an element: Cmd/Ctrl + C
  • Cut an element: Cmd/Ctrl + X
  •  Paste an element: Cmd/Ctrl + V
  • Duplicate an element: Cmd/Ctrl + D 
  • Enable/Disable editor mode: Cmd/Ctrl + E
  • Switch quickly to editor mode: Hold Ctrl/Cmd
  • Reset selection: Double Esc
  • Go back to email body (if no element selected): Double Esc

Text editing shortcuts (Mac/PC)

  • Copy text: Cmd/Ctrl + C
  • Cut text: Cmd/Ctrl + X
  • Paste text: Cmd/Ctrl + V
  • Bold text: Cmd/Ctrl + B
  • Italicize text: Cmd/Ctrl + I
  • Underline text: Cmd/Ctrl + U
