How can the support team be contacted?
From the interface for a fast, accurate answer
From the Designer, simply click on the “Support” icon located in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen to contact the Email Builder support team. Your question is directly linked to the email you are creating. The support team can answer you quickly and accurately.
You can also create a support ticket via your Home portal.
