Admin: For an activity subtype, one or several default questionnaires can be provided. For this, the Administration/Questionnaire/Activity subtypes list is available.
Default questionnaires
If a questionnaire is opened from within an activity, the existence of default questionnaires and of questionnaires in the main case of the activity controls whether a questionnaire selection opens and with which questionnaires it is preset. The following applies:
- If the total of the default questionnaires and the questionnaires in the main case equals 1, the questionnaire is opened directly, i.e., without having to select it.
- If the total of the default questionnaires and the questionnaires in the main case is zero, the selection is opened and preset with all released questionnaires.
- If the total of the default questionnaires and the questionnaires in the main case is greater than 1, the selection is opened. It is preset with the released n default questionnaires and n questionnaires in the main case.
- In the questionnaire, there is an additional view, "Activity subtypes". It indicates for which activity subtypes the questionnaire is defined as a default questionnaire.
The above logic does not apply if a questionnaire from a marketing action is communicated via email for filling it in using the web client. In this case, the questionnaire selection is always opened.
