The "Top service-intensive products" cockpit element by product class shows the number of service notifications of the most service-intensive products in a bar chart, if required limited to a notification type, product line, product class or fault location. The number of notifications per product can also be divided into the recorded fault locations in order to have a better overview of the causes of defects.
