Server Patch 10 (2026-11-02)

  • The server now uses the Microsoft Graph API to access Exchange.
  • The "You have a new email" notification can now be disabled per user in the preferences.
  • The Planning Board connector now checks the changed fields in the update events and skips fields that were not actually modified, preventing unintended data overwrites (e.g., clearing the person responsible).
  • Portal API full-text search now pre-filters by customer directly in the EUREKA index, preventing missed results when the index returns more than 1000 hits.
  • Platform product configuration simplified: Instance ID and IAM credentials are now shared across Automations, Planning Board, and GenAI. Separate per-product settings are no longer needed.
  • AI-generated texts no longer occasionally produce incomplete or broken HTML markup. The AI now returns Markdown which the server converts to HTML.
  • The structure copy of mailing lists and ad-hoc lists now runs on the server and copies all members, not just the records loaded in the dialog.
  • When using Google Maps as the address suggestion provider, accepting a recommended address no longer clears the country field.
