The media experience has been strengthened across access, previews, exports and overall stability.

Improvements include:

  • Reliable media access - newly invited users can access the media available in the projects they are authorized to use.

  • More consistent previews - images and other media assets are displayed more reliably when previewing email content.

  • More complete exports - media assets are included more consistently when exporting email content.

  • Improved stability - media handling has been optimized to provide a more stable experience in Email Builder.

  • Stronger monitoring and response - monitoring around media services helps identify unusual behavior earlier and enables faster intervention when needed.

These changes improve the overall media workflow, from accessing assets to previewing and exporting final content.

Improved integrations with external platforms

Integrations between Email Builder and external platforms have been improved to support more consistent data exchange and delivery workflows.

The improvements cover:
