More consistent content workflows

Email access and Dynamic Content permissions now behave more consistently.

Improvements include:

• Email access preserved - emails remain accessible even if dynamic content management permissions are not available.

• Dynamic content links preserved - existing dynamic links remain intact when permissions differ.

• More consistent permission handling - access rules no longer unexpectedly affect unrelated email content.

These changes help preserve existing content while ensuring access remains aligned with assigned permissions.

Cross-project reuse and dynamic content workflows have also been improved.

Improvements include:

• Better support for customer-hosted dynamic content sources - external content sources are handled more consistently.

• Cross-project module reuse - modules can be saved to other projects when the required permissions are available.

• Complete cross-project exports - images reused from another project are correctly included in exported content.

These changes make content reuse across projects more consistent while preserving the required assets.

Test email, exports and final output have been improved across several Email Builder workflows.

Improvements include:

• More reliable exports for larger emails - larger emails can be exported more consistently.

• Cleaner production HTML - internal Designer information is removed from HTML delivered through test emails and external integrations.

• More consistent custom code in test emails - custom code is handled more predictably during testing.

• Cleaner final output - exported and delivered content is better prepared for use outside the Designer.

These changes improve the consistency between content created in Email Builder and the final tested, exported or delivered output.
